  1. Here we are at the St Albans Food & Drink Festival cooking Brit party food. We cooked mini toad-in-the-holes using A&C Meats Sausages and Redbournbury Mill flour, goats cheese truffles using Childwickbury goat’s cheese, and mini apple tarts using windfall apples.
